Safetor Roof Anchors comply with all building codes and standards, making them the safest choice on the market. When selecting anchors there are many factors that you must consider, such as the affect the installation will have on the building codes and standards of other products. Our anchors are made with this in mind, so the building codes and other product standards remain protected by their appropriate standards.

Most buildings are not built with height safety in mind, so it can be difficult to find a safe, secure roof anchor point for your rope or lanyard. We here at Collins Corporation Ltd. supply a range of innovative permanent and temporary height safety roof anchor systems that allow you to utilize the natural features of all buildings to create a safe working environment.

Safetor's Structural, Concrete & Coolstore Roof Anchors Will:

  • Reduce loading on the roofing structure if a fall occurs
  • Absorb energy without becoming brittle through stress loading or cold temperatures
  • Survive in the most severe environments without rusting or corroding
  • Repel water because of the powder coating we use
  • Comply to all building codes and standards
  • Safetor roof anchors exceed the testing mandate. This is well-proven and fully documented
  • Our entire range of structural roof anchors are manufactured in New Zealand

Research

Finding the right type of steel that will stand up to the stress due to fall-arrest and not create a hazard is a must, that is why we at Collins Corporation Ltd. spent a lot of time researching and testing steel types and coatings before we started manufacturing height safety anchor points. The purpose of having any height safety anchor points on a building is to minimise the risk of a fall.

Powdercoating

Plascoat PPA 571 ES is resistant to stress cracking, adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants. The coating maintains excellent adhesion to the metal substrate without the need for a separate primer. The material also provides good abrasion and impact resistance.
